imagesPositive feedback makes anyone feel good, but did you know that studies are showing that learning from your mistakes, the hard way of life, only happens after age 12?  Science Daily News noted that 8 year olds “learn primarily from positive feedback” which is an eye opener for teens and adults who can more easily process negative feedback, and actually learn from their mistakes. The lesson here, it to always remember to say “well done” and “I am so proud of you.”  They go a long way in your mind as an adult; think about how far they will go in a young person’s mind!
